Redbridge Secondary School in East London is seeking a qualified SENDCO to join its Inclusion Team from September 2026. This leadership role focuses on high-quality SEND provision for students, including those with EHCPs, and to drive inclusion, achievement and wellbeing across the school.
You will work with experienced SEND leaders, coordinate support, develop strategies, and lead annual reviews, safeguarding and partnership work with families and external agencies.
