Psychology Graduate: SEND Support & 1:1 Interventions

Aspire People is seeking Psychology graduates to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Spilsby. You don’t need bags of experience, just the right mindset, patience and a genuine interest in SEN.

Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement. You’ll work alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment and gain hands-on experience across Educational or Clinical psychology pathways.
