Trainee Spa Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Spa Therapist, who is passionate about the Spa and Beauty industry and committed to delivering the highest standard of customer care while developing their own skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greeting every one of our guests with a welcoming smile
• Providing the highest level of hospitality
• Informing the guests of the spa’s facilities, offering advice and assistance when necessary
• Upselling of treatments, products, and other facilities
• Carrying out fantastic beauty and massage treatments for our hotel and spa guests (Massage once qualified)

Alongside your role you will work towards a Level3 qualification through training and support.

Qualifications

• Level2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential for this role with the desire to progress to a Level3 in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy
• Maths and English at LevelC or4 is preferable but not essential
• Experience with different brands would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be provided
• Good rapport with other staff and guests and be able to effectively communicate on all levels
• Being able to multi‑task is a must
• Weekend work is part of the job
