Location: Hereford, Herefordshire

Compensation: £30,149 per year (estimated) or up to £13.21 per hour, hourly rate based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail commission up to 15% paid directly into wages. Fortnightly pay. Target-based incentive schemes will be explained during interview.

Responsibilities

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, delivering a 5‑star luxury guest experience. This includes:

• Performing a full range of professional spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.
• Providing expert advice on skincare and body products.
• Delivering Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.
• Supporting the Spa and Leisure team with ad‑hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.
• Maintaining a guest‑focused, 5‑star service standard.

Qualifications

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high‑standard spa treatments.
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential).
• Team player who supports success of the spa & leisure department.
• Level2 or equivalent industry qualifications (required).
• Level3 or equivalent industry qualifications (preferred).
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications (preferred).
• Holistic qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (preferred).
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (preferred).
• Full training provided.
