What You’ll Do
As a Spa Therapist , you will:
- Deliver a full range of spa treatments to a highstandard, ensuring every guest receives exceptional care
- Promote a calm and welcoming spa environment , maintaininghigh levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Support the spa team with retail, bookings, and client queries to enhancethe overall guest experience
- Uphold all Health & Safety procedures and ensurecompliance with industry best practice
- Contribute to a culture of warmth and professionalism , representing Haulfryn’svalues and standards
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, passionate individual with:
- Completed NVQ Level 3 or equivalent spa/beauty qualification
- Strong customer service skills and a calm, reassuring manner
- Experience with premium product houses (e.g. Elemis) desirable
- Proven ability to perform a wide range of spa treatments
- Understanding of spa safety, cleanliness, and risk assessments
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to shifts,including weekends and holidays
