Care Assistant – Person-Centred Care & Team Impact

Bupa is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, companionship and personal care in our Hatfield care home. You’ll help residents maintain independence, respect choices and contribute to a warm, safe environment rooted in our person-centred values.

Working with a supportive team, you’ll follow care plans, document changes, assist with nutrition and activities, and provide meaningful engagement to enhance wellbeing while upholding regulatory standards.
