Senior Care Assistant — Lead with Kindness & Impact

Highgate Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Springfield Manor Stoke on Trent. The role is permanent and full-time (38.5 hours/week) with occasional evenings and weekends, based at Godwin Way, Stoke on Trent. You will deliver high-quality person-centred care, support residents with daily living and mentor junior staff.
