As a Hire Fitter/Driver at Dragon Plant Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting our Depot Manager to meet and be compliant with all mechanical, electrical processes and procedures in regards to repairing and testing tools and equipment to our standard.
What will I be doing?
- Ensure all tools and equipment are tested and safe for use
- Support the Depot Manager in managing all aspects of the department and business
- Deliver and collect a wide variety of tools and equipment to customers
- Act as a pivotal contact for customers, nurturing relationships, understanding their needs and recommending alternatives to maximize the sale of goods
- Adhere to and comply with all safety processes and procedures
What experience do you need?
Previous experience within the Plant and Hire Industry or a good understanding of electrical, petrol and diesel equipment would be advantageous, but not essential. Transferable skills in customer service and sales are required. A full clean UK driving licence is mandatory.
