This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per year. Working HoursThis role operates on a rotating shift pattern: 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday. Overtime will sometimes me required at weekends and additional early or late shifts may be required to meet business demands. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Print rolls of labels to specification. Use the correct tools and equipment to cut printed label rolls accurately. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to achieve production targets. About YouWe’re looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in producing quality work. Is reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high attendance. Is physically fit, as the role involves standing for most of the shift. Can work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Is willing to work overtime when the business requires. Previous experience operating production machinery or working within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
