We are hiring a Service Technician in our expanding Service Team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls within specified times, coordinating with Service Schedulers.
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently while minimizing customer disruption.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits (PMV) thoroughly and document all work.
- Manage spare parts on the van, ensuring accurate stock levels and records.
- Complete all required documentation and timesheets promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety, cyber security processes, and company policy.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, tools and IT equipment.
- Keep technical knowledge up to date via the Technical Support Department.
- Ensure van stock and tool inventory are accurate.
- Be flexible with working hours, including out‑of‑hours and weekend work, and overnight stays when necessary.

Security Clearance
Applicants must be capable of undergoing security clearance vetting and achieve at least an SC level, if not already cleared.
