The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative for long-term, hands-on maintenance work in social housing across Central London. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, flooring and minor masonry while liaising with tenants to minimise disruption.

You should have City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3, a full driving licence, and strong problem-solving abilities. Own tools are preferred to help service a busy estate maintenance team.
