Team Lead, Mental Health Therapies & Training

Merseycare NHS Trust is seeking a Team Leader for Talking Therapies in South Liverpool. You will deputise for the Clinical Team Manager and support staff development, service delivery, and performance across a high-pressure environment.

You will lead training, manage risk and data, and collaborate with primary and secondary care providers to improve outcomes for diverse communities. Flexible working and occasional evenings are expected.
