Warm Hospitality Assistant – Bank Role in Village

Retirement Villages is seeking a warm, friendly Hospitality Assistant to join The Willowbury Village team in West Malling. This is a bank position covering holiday and sickness, offering flexible opportunities to contribute to high standards of resident service.

You will deliver food, beverage and retail services in line with RVG standards, welcome residents and visitors, handle enquiries politely, and work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
