Senior Care Assistant – Bank

About the role

We are seeking experienced Bank Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants to lead and support care teams within our homes. You will deliver high‑quality care, observe and review care plans, plan social activities, and provide training and supervision to junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of care to residents.
• Observe, review, and finalize care planning needs.
• Produce and implement ideas for social activities.
• Support the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.
• Create an environment that feels like a personal home for residents and visiting families.
