CYP Mental Health Social Worker – Phone-Based

ABL Health Ltd in Swindon is seeking an SPA Practitioner to deliver responsive, person-centred care to children, young people and families. The role uses a Single Point of Access model to provide telephone consultations, triage referrals, and guidance to local mental health services.

You will work with schools and health and social care partners, manage a small caseload, stay updated through supervision and training, participate in on-call rotas, and support safeguarding and service improvement.
