Student Support & Wellbeing Officer (Part-Time)

The Hart School in Rugeley is seeking a compassionate Student Support Officer to advocate for our students and help them thrive. This part-time role supports positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and a safe learning environment within the pastoral team.

You will listen, respond to challenges, and build strong relationships with students, staff and parents while delivering consistent guidance during term-time plus 2 weeks.
