Responsibilities

• Run your own shifts with confidence
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes
• Maintain excellent food hygiene standards
• Work closely with the senior kitchen team
• Support junior chefs and help create a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• Desire to learn and develop
