26-Hour Care & Support Assistant – Empower Lives

Enable is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) in Largs, North Ayrshire to support Billy in a supported living setting. Shifts run 8am–9pm, Monday to Sunday, with a 26-hour contract available.

You will assist with personal care, moving and handling and Positive Behaviour Support while helping Billy maintain routines and social connections. No prior care experience is required; values and transferrable skills matter.
