Services for Independent Living Hereford is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support a young man with Autism and learning difficulties at home in Hereford. The role is 2 × 24-hour shifts per week, paying £14.50 per hour rising to £16.75 after 3 months, with sleep-ins at £69.34. You will assist with daily tasks, meals, transport, and community activities while promoting independence.
You will need patience, flexibility and good communication. Direct Payments may apply; mum is employer.
