We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Children’s Locality Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification or Degree with a minimum of three years permanent experience in an English Local Authority.
The team works with children and families to better understand the support they need to live safely and happily.
Responsibilities include creating plans for children and families, carrying out Section 47 assessments, and providing free parking near council offices.
A successful candidate will have a good understanding of working in a Children’s service, the ability to carry out legislative assessments, and to write reports.
Applicants must hold a Social Work Degree, have at least three years of permanent experience in an English local authority, possess a valid driver’s licence, and have access to a car.
Compensation: £38 to £41 per hour. Umbrella (PAYE) option available. Hybrid working with longer term cases.
