Children’s Services Transformation & Improvement Lead

Southwark Council is seeking a Service Development Officer to help deliver strategic priorities within the Children’s Services Division. You will lead end-to-end transformation projects, modernising services and improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

The role requires strong analytical and improvement skills, with experience in business analysis and policy development, and the ability to work across multiple teams and partners to drive sustainable change.
