Personal Assistant (Support Worker) – Flexible Shifts

Enable, a social care charity in Elderslie, Scotland, is seeking Personal Assistants to support adults with learning disabilities. The role offers 38 or 30 hour contracts with a mixture of early and back shifts, including some overnight support.

You will assist with personal care, moving and handling, and encouraging independence while helping people access appointments, outings and activities. No prior care experience is required; we hire for values and transferable skills.
