Field Care Supervisor — Lead & Develop Care Teams

Agincare, a leading UK care provider based in Poole, is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead community-based care teams and support clients and staff. You’ll visit clients, supervise carers, review care plans, and ensure safeguarding and safety standards are met.

You will work around 40 hours per week, including on-call duties, have a full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle to travel between locations. Salary £26,500 per year plus mileage and benefits.
