IPS Employment Specialist — Build Careers, Support Growth

South East London Mind is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to help people across Bromley and Greenwich enter sustainable paid work. You will deliver IPS as part of the Community Mental Health Teams and Mental Health Hub, supporting a caseload of 20–25 clients with tailored action plans.

We seek five permanent IPS Specialists in Greenwich and one in Bromley; you will collaborate with clinicians, employers and service partners to achieve job outcomes and ongoing in-work support.
