IT Technician

Salary: £35,000 – 40,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage IT services to ensure continuous production without interruptions.
• Engage hands-on with hardware and systems critical to day-to-day operations, including network servers and complex production line technologies.
• Deliver installations of system updates and new tools, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across departments.
• Provide strategic out-of-hours support to proactively address and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations around the clock.
