We’re looking for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join our friendly and supportive team. If you have at least 2 years’ experience working within a Personal Injury department in a UK solicitors’ practice, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional client care and administrative support, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

Supporting our busy Personal Injury Fee Earners, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients receive an outstanding service from instruction through to conclusion of their claim.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documents
  • Preparing court forms and legal documentation
  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers and third parties
  • Managing incoming calls and correspondenceOpening and closing files
  • Maintaining accurate case management records
  • General administrative and secretarial support to the department

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become an integral member of our team.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary within a Personal Injury department at a UK solicitors’ practice
  • Excellent audio typing and document production skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
