Youth Support Worker: Trauma-Informed Care & Growth

Crystal Care Solutions Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential care and supported accommodation homes in Hawksdale. Working on a 2 on 4 off shift system with sleep-ins, you will help young people aged 8 to 25 to build stability, education, and independence while contributing to care plans and safeguarding.

You will need to form positive relationships, use MS Office, handle flexible shifts including weekends, and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
