French-Speaking Customer Advisor (Seasonal, Hybrid)

LEGO Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the peak season. You will respond to LEGO fans worldwide in English and French, via phone and email, handling orders, returns and product inquiries. The role offers a performance-based bonus up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package.
