Support Worker: Empower Lives in Learning Disability Care

Cygnet Group is recruiting for a compassionate care assistant at Hollyhurst in Tees Valley. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours, delivering person-centred care across day and night shifts on a rolling rota.

We offer 42 hours per week with a pay rate starting at £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 after 3 months and £13.70 after 18 months. Apprenticeship opportunities, overtime, coaching, and on-site meals are provided.
