The University of Kent is seeking a friendly Customer Services Assistant to join the reception team across campus, supporting students, staff and external visitors.
You will typically work 5 hours on a Saturday or Sunday 08:00-13:00, being the primary point of contact and signposting services. Strong IT skills and calm, courteous communication are essential. Experience in a busy front-facing environment and GCSE English/Maths are required.
