Betting Shop Customer Experience Lead

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service and drive standards daily. You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.

Salary is £13.00 per hour. Responsibilities include taking bets, processing transactions, demonstrating products and betting terminals, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining shop standards.
