Member Services & Digital Concierge

Active Stirling is seeking a friendly and capable Customer Service Assistant to support members and PAYG customers across all activities. You will promote digital assistance through Facebook, emails, and telephone, while providing face-to-face help and knowledge about memberships and facilities.

In addition to delivering excellent service, you will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and contribute to a team that values people-centered, ambitious, and respectful service.
