Warehouse Team Member & Shift Coordinator

Warburtons Banbury is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our busy distribution site. You’ll support picking, loading, dispatching and shift paperwork while helping maintain safety, quality and stock records.

The role is hands-on and team‑driven, with opportunities to take on responsibility and develop within the business. We value a proactive, communicative team player who can train new starters, work with team leaders and help keep the shift running smoothly.
