Care Assistant – 24/7 Support & Personal Care

Radis Community Care is recruiting a full-time Care Assistant/ Support Worker for our Willow Gardens team in Chipping Norton (OX7). The role involves helping residents with personal care in their own flats, promoting independence and choice.

You will participate in social activities and support residents across day and night shifts. We offer a 24/7 on-site presence within a 80-apartment development with facilities nearby.
