Youth Mentoring Lead Coach – Inspires

City Football Group’s City in the Community is hiring a Community Mentoring Lead Coach – Inspires in Manchester. You will lead delivery of the City Inspires programme across secondary schools to help 11–16 year-olds build confidence, resilience and aspiration through mentoring and education sessions.

You’ll mentor participants daily, track progress, collaborate with schools and coaches, and help plan programme improvements while upholding safeguarding and policy standards.
