Maintenance Surveyor – Inspect, Repair & Oversee Projects

Home Group in Cumbria is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to inspect properties, manage repairs across your patch, and oversee building works to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll work Monday to Friday on a permanent, full‑time basis (37.5 hpw) and bring qualifications in Surveying or Construction (HNC/HND/Degree) or MCIOB. The role involves damp and mould knowledge, coordinating trades, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
