Estates & Facilities Technician – Multi-Site Maintenance

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking an Estates & Facilities Technician to support daily operations, maintenance, servicing, and audits across multiple sites. The role involves working 3 days per week (19.5 hours) with typical shifts 8AM-3PM or 9AM-4PM, on-site at Sale Rd, Norwich, with travel to external locations as needed.

Requirements include substantial maintenance experience, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
