WHO WE ARE

As Assistant Manager at the Sovereign Harbour – Harvester, you’ll bring your experience to the table. You will support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent guest experience, training and inspiring team members to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not present.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver excellent service.
• Role model and guide team development.
• Lead the team to create moments that WOW guests and keep them returning.
