At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for great people to join us as production operatives in our fruit team. The site includes dairy production, fruit production, and a new savory production team. We are currently recruiting for a fruit PM shift (Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00) in a Skilled Operator role.
Full training is provided, though experience in food manufacturing is an advantage. There is scope to increase the hourly pay once further training has been completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast‑paced production area
- Prepare ingredients for production
- Assist with the production and packing of food products
- Carry out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
- Accurately complete production records
- Manual handling
