Export Logistics Coordinator – Customer Success

DFDS is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support export operations and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the UK market.

In this role, you will coordinate bookings, manage vessel allocations, support key accounts and ensure high standards of service across the supply chain, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. You will collaborate with customers, carriers and internal teams to deliver efficient and reliable service.
