Live-in Support Workers

About the Role

As a Live‑in Support Worker in Peterborough you will live in the client’s home and provide round‑the‑clock support, helping with daily tasks and activities of daily living. You will work with clients across Peterborough and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – keep clients happy and socially engaged
• Personal hygiene support – help with washing and dressing
• Medication – reminders and collecting prescriptions
• Meal preparation – assist at mealtimes
• Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying
• Errands – shopping assistance and running errands
• Mobility – help with getting around

Qualifications

• A caring and positive attitude
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required in some locations)
• Ready to participate in the Alina Homecare Academy training program
