Automotive Service Desk Specialist

Jago Consultants in the Basingstoke area is seeking a Motor Vehicle Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team. The role centers on handling inbound calls, booking vehicles in for work and delivering a high standard of customer service.

You will assist at the service desk, advise on repair timescales and costs, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate records and invoicing. No automotive experience is required, but enthusiasm for the motor trade is important.
