Overview
We are looking for a dynamic role which is varied, rewarding and within an exceptionally collaborative, positive team working in the Sheffield area.

Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside neurotherapists to help people regain skills and quality of life after a life-changing injury.
The role involves doing interesting activities and working with the team to find creative solutions. No two days are the same!
We are interested to hear from people from all walks of life, regardless of experience, as we give comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
Work with individuals in their own homes, communities and workplaces to support recovery and independence.
Plan and deliver therapeutic activities in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Adapt interventions to meet individual needs and progress.
Maintain accurate records of sessions and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (must be a car owner).
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and attend a varied rota, including weekend work.
- Passion for helping others and commitment to continuous learning.
