Child Support Worker: Calm, Caring Mentor

Keys Group in Taunton is seeking a dedicated children’s support worker to join a loving, busy family home. You will provide encouragement, patience and praise, helping children aged 5–18 to grow and develop in a safe, supportive environment.

You will work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins, to sustain their wellbeing. A calm, positive, energetic approach and strong communication are essential, with DBS clearance required or in progress.
