Behaviour Support Assistant – Help Learners Thrive

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant for a supportive secondary school in Newcastle. You will work with teachers and pastoral teams to support students who need help managing behaviour and engagement, helping them stay focused in lessons and build confidence.

This role can involve one-to-one or small group support inside or outside the classroom, with opportunities for daily supply, long-term placements or fixed-term contracts depending on your availability.
