Role Overview
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop, particularly during busy trading periods. You’ll confidently lead shifts in the General Manager’s absence, motivate and develop the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and help ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll also assist with weekly reporting, stock ordering, and team appraisals, playing a key role in driving performance and creating a positive working environment.
