Job Description:
Roku is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to support the end-user experience of the Roku platform, including the Roku Channel. You will join a global TechOps team and partner with Live Operations, Advertising, Editorial, Engineering and Customer Support to keep services healthy and scalable.
The role requires 3–5 years in video or related tech, fluent English, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
