Trading Operations Coordinator

Description

Join our front-line operations team and help drive the smooth execution of trades across global markets. You’ll be responsible for post-trade support, error resolution, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile trade activity in real time
• Resolve trade breaks and support order execution issues
• Work closely with liquidity providers and internal teams
• Assist in margin monitoring and risk‑related alerts
• Maintain operational documentation and workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years in trading operations or middle‑office role
• Knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and derivatives markets
• Familiar with FIX protocols, MT4/MT5, or DXtrade (a plus)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under market pressure
