Reablement Support Worker – Flexible 7-on/7-off Shifts

Home Support Matters is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to assist people in regaining independence and daily living skills at home. You will work across East Norfolk and Waveney, providing short-term support after discharge or changes in circumstances.

We offer 7 on/7 off shifts with 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm slots. Training is provided with paid induction, and benefits include paid holiday, PPE, a company mobile phone, and access to wellbeing resources.
