Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to support our stores from the backstage. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role focused on stock handling, deliveries and the vital behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers.
The night shift runs 22:00–06:00 with an additional £3 per hour unsocial premium. You’ll be fast, accurate and a strong team player, coordinating deliveries and stock to maintain availability and flow.
